Wrong products or damaged products

In case of wrong sending or damaged products, no problem, of course we will send you new products. Just contact us so that we can help you.

I have changed my mind

In case you do not wish to keep the products, it’s a pity but no problem. Purchased products can be returned within 14 days after delivery. For a smooth return process, please contact us in case you wish to return a product. (Note the delivery cost must be paid by the buyer)

The return products should be in the original and undamaged factory packaging. The cellophane or seal may not be opened yet.

After the return products are received at Ippo Cosmetics, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail we will also inform you whether the conditions described above are met. If everything is fine, you will receive your money back within 14 days via your payment method.

Return outside NL

In case of wrong sending or damaged products, no problem, of course we will send you new products. Just contact us so that we can help you.

For other reasons, we unfortunately do not offer return options outside NL. This is due to the long shipping process, it is more likely the products will be damaged during the return.
